The terms and conditions ("Terms") stated in this document govern the use of the tk10 bd platform and all services provided through it. These Terms are binding on both the company ("tk10 bd" or "we") and the user ("you" or "member").

By accessing this site, registering an account, or using any service, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

To register an account, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Only one account may be opened in your own name.
• The information you provide must be true and accurate.
• Your account is for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected — even if opened using different names or payment methods — all associated accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Account security

tk10 bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.1 Deposit policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Only payment methods registered in the account holder's name may be used.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not accepted.

tk10 bd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 10 times the bonus. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

5.2 General bonus rules

• A promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for the account holder's personal use only.
• Transferring, selling, or using bonuses for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• No bonus is given as cash or "free" — every bonus depends on a deposit.

5.3 Other promotions

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the tk10 bd platform.

6.1 General betting rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• tk10 bd reserves the right to cancel bets that were incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds will be considered void.
• Attempting to gain bonus advantages using multiple accounts will be treated as "arbitrage" and is prohibited.

6.2 Cricket and sports betting

Match-specific rules apply when betting on international cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as football and other sports markets. For abandoned matches or incomplete events, stakes may be refunded or settled according to the relevant rules.

6.3 Casino games

Each game's own rules apply when participating in live casino, slots, baccarat, roulette, and other games. The software decisions of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, etc.) are final.

tk10 bd is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated scripts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

If such activities are detected, tk10 bd reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account, cancel any winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

tk10 bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or account closure request).

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure that is eligible for withdrawal, it will be returned in accordance with applicable terms. • Bets lost or requests not processed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Losses caused by unexpected technical errors or server outages.

In any circumstance, tk10 bd's total liability will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the relevant transaction.
